Emilee Danielson Burke (she/her) is an experienced fraternity/sorority professional who honed her skills at both a university and fraternity headquarters. Emilee spent seven years on the staff of Theta Xi Fraternity, most recently as Director of Standards and Accountability, and previously as Director of Chapter Services. Prior to her work at Theta Xi, Emilee spent 10 years as Associate Dean of Students and Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life at Shippensburg University.
Emilee has published numerous articles in the higher education space and presented/facilitated in several forums, including presentations at the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors annual meeting. As a volunteer, she has advised chapters of the Delta Zeta Sorority, the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity, and has facilitated the Ladder of Risk program.
Emilee holds a BS/BA in Communication and History and a master’s degree in education from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, where she joined the Delta Zeta Sorority. She is a avid reader, podcast listener, fiber artist, and is developing her home improvement skills one power tool at a time. Emilee lives in Erie, Pennsylvania with her husband, Tom and two very spoiled cats Gigi and Finn.
