Raven Smith (she/her) is a 2018 graduate of the Kappa Gamma Chapter at Virginia Commonwealth University where she studied chemical engineering. Prior to joining the National Officer corps, she served her Chapter as a committee chair, Vice Regent, Regent, and New Member Educator. She was appointed Atlantic Regional Director following the 2018 National Convention, and later transitioned to the Mid-Atlantic region. In spring of 2021, she was assigned as the National Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Chair, and later elected as Executive Council Delegate at the 2021 National Convention. In her current roles, she works to support Chapter-level DEI initiatives, advance National DEI programming, and facilitate strategic goal execution. When not volunteering, Raven, a Virginia native, spends her time hiking, podcasting, playing Dungeons & Dragons with fellow Brothers, and caring for her three pets.
Raven retired from the Council following the 2023 National Convention and now serves the Fraternity as Volunteer Director.
