Convention 2025 FAQ

The ID Pin and Conference Bar are the official jewelry worn by members of Theta Tau to indicate their presence at the various Theta Tau National Meetings.

A member should purchase a ID Pin only once, and thereafter purchase a Conference Bar for each meeting they attend.

We’re pleased to be using Pyli once again.  Pyli is a chapter management and event tool developed by Theta Tau alum and used to great effect at the 2021 Convention.  More details will be released this Spring.

We will also have a series of official Discord channels for Convention.

We will be hiring interns again this year. Applications will open in November.

Please remember that you can transfer your registration to another person by following the instructions in the next FAQ.

If you do, in fact, need to cancel your registration outright, please call or email the Central Office.

Find the email that you received from Pyli when you registered.  At the very bottom of the email is a link to “Update Attendee Information.”  Click that link and you will be able to edit the information you entered upon purchasing your ticket.

Be sure to update the dietary restriction information for the new attendee!
