The Theta Tau National Convention and Grand Chapter is the biennial meeting of the members of Theta Tau. Between 250 and 300 members, mostly students, gather for three days of business, training and brotherhood.
Convention will be hosted at the Griffin Gate Marriott Gold Resort & Spa in Lexington, Kentucky.
The property offers a par 72 18-hole golf course, a spa, an outdoor oasis-like pool and cabana area, numerous unique meeting spaces and sits on 250 acres of picturesque Kentucky countryside.

Several sponsorship levels are available. Each sponsor, regardless of level or dollar amount, will be entitled to the following:
- Listing in the printed Convention Program
- A mention from the stage, alongside all other sponsors
Sponsors are welcome to contribute any amount, but will be entitled to the benefits listed below corresponding to their contribution:
Gamma Level Sponsor – $500
- A 1/4 page advertisement in the printed Convention Program. Artwork must be provided by sponsor
- A mention with other Gamma Level sponsors from the stage, and your logo on a slide displayed onscreen.
Beta Level Sponsor – $1,000
- A 1/2 page advertisement in the printed Convention Program. Artwork must be provided by sponsor.
- Your logo appearing on the back on the Convention t-shirts.
- A mention with other Beta Level sponsors from the stage, and your own slide
Alpha Level Sponsor – $1,500
- A full-page advertisement in the printed Convention Program. Artwork must be provided by sponsor.
- Your logo appearing on the back on the Convention t-shirts.
- A standalone mention from the stage along with your own slide displayed on screen. You may optionally submit a 30-second video to be played onstage. Your video will be played between sessions but while attendees are seated.
Banquet Centerpiece – $75
Each centerpiece will list the name of the donor, with a listing being included in the Convention Program. This opportunity is ideal for alumni or our fellow Fraternal organizations who may have members among our staff or leadership.
Convention Program Inside Cover – $750
A full-page ad in the inside cover (either front of back) of the printed Convention Program. This item includes mention from the stage alongside Gamma Level sponsors.
Convention Break – $6,000
Conventions can be exhausting, so why not sponsor a quick snack for our attendees? This item includes signage during the break indicating that it was sponsored by “xyz company” and mention in the Convention Program (Afternoon Break, Courtesy of XYZ Company.)
