Alexandra Blease grew up in Minneapolis, MN and is a 2014 initiate of the Gamma Beta chapter at The
George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She graduated from GWU with her B.S. in
Mechanical Engineering in 2018. Following graduation Alexandra joined Turner Construction in Boston,
MA and has since held various positions including Field Engineer, Superintendent, Business
Development Engineer, Cost Engineer, and now Engineer.
During her time in undergrad she spent significant time creating relationships with chapters and alumni
in the Atlantic region as well as other regions which led her to being elected as Corresponding Secretary
for her efforts. Also during her undergrad Alexandra worked with various National Officers to help with
active issues in her chapter and saw just how helpful and amazing all the volunteers were. After
graduation Alexandra wanted to give back and was appointed as a Northeast Regional Director.
Following her 3 years as an RD, Alexandra was elected as Executive Council Delegate at the 2021
National Convention and to Grand Outer Guard at the 2023 National Convention and has focused her
efforts on the fraternities Strategic Plan and being the liaison to the ever growing Chapter Support team.
When not working and hanging out with brothers (which is difficult since her husband is one) Alexandra
enjoys spending time on the water, traveling around with her camera, and ensuring that she has plenty
of time to enjoy the Minnesota State Fair. She currently resides in Boston and lives with her husband
and their adorable dog Sierra.
