Theta Tau is pleased to announce the return of the Leadership Academy Program!
Grants are available to chapters and candidate chapters to defray all but $40 of the registration cost (full registration cost is $330 per attendee.) Fifty grants are available and will be awarded on a first-come first-served basis. Registration includes room and board as well as meals.
Tickets will go on sale on January 15, 2024.
Academy is a 2.5 day immersive training and development program tailor-made for Theta Tau members. The curriculum focuses on leadership skill-building and skill-enhancement. Attendees will identify their personal leadership strengths and areas for improvement and develop/hone those skills. ATtendees will also learn to understand behaviors within the chapter/workplace to better work with difficult people and resolve conflict. Finally, attendees will learn highly in-demand “soft-skills” like public speaking, EQ and facilitation. Attendees will stay in on-campus housing, dine together with facilitators and event staff on-campus, and enjoy brotherhood events in the evenings and during downtime.
Each attendee must have a ticket. Registration includes admission to all events and meals, and included lodging in the dorms.
