Theta Tau is pleased to open the position of Director of Chapter Services.
The Director of Chapter Services (director) will be part of the four-person Central Office (headquarters) staff that is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Theta Tau Professional Engineering Fraternity. Theta Tau, founded in 1904, is the nation’s largest engineering fraternity, with roughly 100 active chapters and Candidate Chapters, over 5,000 student members, and nearly 40,000 total initiates.
The director, a full-time, salaried and exempt employee, will work closely with the Executive Director and the other members of the Central Office staff to execute the mission and realize the vision of Theta Tau. The director will have primary responsibility for the implementation of the fraternity’s health and safety initiatives, expansion initiatives, as well as for the delivery, administration, and assessment of other fraternity services.
This will be a remote position and will involve up to 40% travel.
